What a deplorable experience we had! On Mothers Day nonetheless. Patrick the manager was the MOST unprofessional manager that I have ever encountered. Waited 30 minutes for our reservation (many other people were waiting quite some time and getting frustrated as well). We overheard people asking when their table would be ready and in a very condescending way Patrick said to them, a lot of people have been waiting for much longer than you. We also overheard a lady in a very kindly way say that her granddaughter was getting hungry to which Patrick replied, were hungry too. Who says that?!? There were no eggs, bacon, hash browns, roast beef, salmon, shrimp …. you get the point. There werent even drinking glasses for the communal punch bowl that was set out. The food that was available was cold. It seemed like they have little experience dealing with a brunch crowd. When we mentioned our disappointment to Patrick the manager, he told us that we should go to The Gates and spend $50. We communicated to him that his manner was very disheartening and he told us to write a letter. We walked out at that point. We will NEVER return to Baileys again. I would give a zero for the service if that was an option on here.

The steak sandwich was cooked a perfect rare.I was told by the server that they have a special cook on weekends who only cooks the steaks.The wine was a little pricy but along the same price of other comparable establishments. The service was great,and the atmosphere feels like you stepped back 80 years.Will defiantly come back soon.
