A really nice treat. I’m so delighted with their gluten free options and it seems they take care to ensure it’s safe for people with celiac disease. A little pricey but that hardly matters because it’s definitely worth it! XOXO
Best imperial cookies ever! I’ve never had a bad experience here, staff are always friendly. I really like that they have some unique flavours such as cinnamon toast crunch!
The treats are pretty yummy but I found the staff slightly rude. It was almost as if they were judging the order I placed and I really did not appreciate it. I will not be back after this past visit.
Cupcakes were ok, but the imperial cookies were really good! Havent tried the cakes but they look really nice. Overall thumbs up experience and they also have ice cream too.,
The place was lovely and people were nice. I ordered my sisters birthday cake here because it was convenient, they let you buy the whole cake even if you just walk in which was great! The icing was too thick and too sweet tho. Overall it was okay.
The cupcakes may look pretty but they’re pretty lacklustre. Too-sweet icing, and dry cake. :(I tried the red velvet, the carrot, and the plain chocolate.
STALE COOKIES. Maybe my boyfriends’ fault for buying heart shaped cookies a week after Valentine’s Day, but why have them out if they are not edible? We ended up throwing them away. Last time I personally bought 4 cookies, one was only half a cookie in the bag. I told them this on my next visit and the women serving me laughed. We kept giving this place a chance to support local business and the downtown, but we’re done. Crappy products, crappy service. Can’t see it surviving much longer….
