Ordered the prosciutto and arugula. It was virtually flavorless, I mean no flavor at all. There was barely any cheese on the entire pizza. I can see others pictures of their pizzas and that’s they do not at all resemble the pizza I was served. There was so little cheese I thought it was a joke. Maybe they were running out? The only saving grace was the crust. What a disappointment.

Very good! Definitely worth a try, they were absolutely fantastic at ManyFest 2016 with short wait times and great quality. Price point is fair and portion is big enough to share. Different taste than the Red Ember and I much prefer Fired Up sauce. Will keep returning!

The spinach pesto and provolone pizza is unreal. Had it a few times and it never disappoints. One of our favourites for pizza in the entire city.

Had potential, but it was really undercooked. The dough was basically raw other than the edges and under the top you could see the cheese hadn’t melted, was still the little pieces of grated cheese. I would have prefered to wait a bit longer and had a nice crispy crust. Other than that it tasted great, really classic clean tomato sauce.

Great pizza. I tried Fired Up wood fired pizza during the Fringe and it was truly a great pizza. I was at ManyFest this past week end and tried their Manyfest pizza and it was delicious. Great crust and tasty sauce. Their menu varies from the ordinary to specialized pizza, this is good for variety. Truly a wood fired pizza. I could see the stash of wood outside the truck.

Poor Quailty/Execution. What a disappointment! I guess perhaps the bar has been set too high by The Burning Ember? Visited Fired Up during the Fringe Festival with much anticipation at a second pizza truck. The menu consists of mainly ordinary choices (ham & pineapple, pepperoni & mushroom) with a couple of awkwardly odd combos (pulled pork & corn salad??). Opted for the first 2 for us to share. The wait was also awkward, seeing as there was no one before me. Seems as though they make pizzas one at a time? I’m sure I saw them pull food out and so I thought my order was ready but then I waited some more. The final result was a crust that seemed slightly under done, and ashy!!!! Really, on our hands, on the toppings…ash. Cheese was flavorless, obviously a cheap product. Other toppings were frozen pizza quality. Didn’t even finish our food.
