The rating I gave is solely reflecting to the service we got. I had made the reservation for dinner for 7 pm. Got there early. The restaurant was not busy at the time. But we were taken in the very back of restaurant near bathroom while the whole front was available with better lighting. Then after we asked to be moved to the front. We waited 30 minutes and asked 3 times before water came to our table. 2 out of 3 wine glasses we got was dirty with lip stick marks and dirt. And 2 out of 4 side plates were greasy and had dried up sauce on them. The steak we ordered never came with a steak knife even after we asked for it. Food was good that day. Just the service was unbelievable even when it was not busy in the restaurant.

My husband had to scarf down a 40.00 steak dinner in 10 minutes, and I scarfed down my food faster than It would have taken to eat a fast food meal. Youd also think that if you had to wait over 1 hour for food the server might bring you bread or something to nibble on. Service was quite abysmal- the server told us at 6:15 that our meals would be ready in 5 minutes. Not sure why she would tell us that when it obviously wasnt true. Drinks were also slow in coming and we didnt see our server for long stretches at a time. Many other diners were also frustrated- other diners were taking their food in takeout boxes as they had no time to eat their food either. Our table dropped over $240.00 to have terrible service and scarf down food in 10 minutes, which is totally unacceptable! I will not be returning and have certainly relayed this story to others. Restaurant should have stopped taking reservations or had sufficient staff to deal with number of reservations. Spend your money elsewhere.
