I always come here for the steak and pasta special for $10 (ofc u have to purchase a drink). I love how creamy the pasta is, I really dont think Ive had it like that anywhere else. And you cant beat the price for steak at all. Its awesome. However, I do feel I have to always order rare SOMETIMES blue, because they always cook it a little more than I want it to. Other than that, its still pretty good
I have been here several times, and every time I had a good experience.I like the express lunch options as they are decently priced and quick.The french onion soup wasn’t that great, and the greek salad was alright but nothing to write home about.I really really really really LOVE the broccoli fettuccine though. The sauce is just so good and they cook it just right. Their menu is otherwise pretty large and I haven’t had a chance to try most of it. I’ve been for lunch and dinner on different occasions and will definitely be back.
Myself and 6 co-workers went there for lunch last week. We arrived around noon and got a table, unfortunately it took some time before our order was taken. Eventually we got our drinks and we patiently waited for our food. We waited for close to an hour before one of our co-workers had to leave and requested her food to go since we hadn’t received it yet. At that point they rushed that order and got it to her, and the rest of the food came shortly after that. Two people that ordered gyros had them come out cold, everyone’s french fries were cold, and the staff were just blaming the delays on the fact they had a large party coming in that evening and they were trying to prepare for that.I ordered the chicken fingers and they were delicious (and finally came with honey dill) but the lackluster service certainly sullied the experience for me. If some sort of discount was offered to compensate for the long wait time they may have gotten a more favorable rating, but I doubt I would return anytime soon.
Went late one night after the Jets game. Visited the Main Street location. Food was alright but service was slow. Had steak and fettuccini. Fettuccini was great but steak had a lot of fat on it and wasn’t cooked how I asked.
If you’re looking for a tasty burger or sandwich and fries before or at the end of a night out, try Johnny’s. They have some delicious food and they definitely don’t skimp on the portions. Because they’re one of the only places open into the wee hours of the morning, occasionally you may face a lineup around bar-close.
Their lunch service has been slow each time I’m there but the food that comes out is worth the wait. You will need an hour for lunch at least. Late night the food tastes great but I have yet to try them for dinner.
