Based on some recent ratings, I was somewhat leery coming to this place. Nevertheless, a colleague and I were walking through the exchange and looking for a place to eat lunch. We were almost set on eating shawarma at the place down the street until I saw a sign on the street for Kimchi Cafe.This place has been open for many years. I remember coming here many years ago with my mom, but havent thought to come back at all. Decided to bite the bullet and give them a try.Ordered three dishes and was pleasantly surprised. They were all very tasty and presented really well! Prices were not unreasonable for the portion size and quality! The place wasnt busy, but there were definitely customers. I understand the negative reviews when it came to service. We had to flag them down to refill the banchan(side dishes). They also never came back to check on us or our beverages (not that I wanted another coke, but thats besides the point).So there were definitely some misses, but food was good so I will be back.
