Dropped by today as I was in the area and it turned out that they were out of matcha pudding and tapioca. The first is forgivable, but what kind of place specializing in bubble tea runs out of tapioca? I left before putting in my order because of this. Panda Tea is another bubble tea place that is within short walking distance of here, go there instead.
Horrible service. Today, my drink came an hour after I ordered and before I was about to leave. I asked for a cancellation and refund before I was about to leave, but the waitress couldn’t give me the refund because the drink was made already. I don’t think I’ve waited this long for a bubble tea. I understand it was busy and there was only one person running the shop. BUT ONE HOUR…. ? THAT IS WAY TOO LONG FOR SOMETHING SIMPLE LIKE A BUBBLE TEA DRINK. Better to go else where.
Good Milk tea, so-so service.This place is not in my area, but I will drop by for some Honey Black Milk Tea with egg pudding every now and then (which is my fav by the way!) They are open late and A LOT of university student come here. So, it can get quite busy. I once waited almost 30 minutes for an order of milk tea. To be fair, it was a very busy night, but they only had 1 person working that night which was ridiculous. I kind of felt bad for this poor girl. Never really had anything else from here other than Milk Tea, but they do have some desserts and a small menu with some appetizer like items. Overall, good Boba with just okay service.

Worst/SLOWEST service ever!. Decided to give this place a try because I had a coupon. I like that they are open late, because most bubble tea shops close fairly early. I ordered 3 bubble teas, one of which was supposed to be hot. It took extremely long for them to make it, about half an hour!! Then, finally the worker brought out my order, but they had gotten my order wrong. They told me that they were sorry and would fix it. I waited and waited till more customers came in and they ended up making the orders for the customers who had just arrived. Even when those customers left, my order was still not ready! I spent almost an hour in the shop waiting for bubble tea! That is ridiculous!!!!! I finally approached the girls and told them that I was still waiting, I then got my bubble tea and it still wasn’t hot! Was extremely frustrated, definitely will NOT be returning EVER! Thank goodness, I had gotten 1 free. Even then, it was definitely not worth it.
I got bubble tea here twice. Both times I was underwhelmed by the flavor of the tea, and the bubbles arrived in a giant clump in the bottom of the cup.
