Worst bubble tea place ever. The employee didn’t even know what young coconut was. They don’t have real fruit to mix in with their slushy tea. Their slushy tea was not smooth. It had lots of ice chunks in it. Tastes like bubble tea that you would buy from a Chinese place in the food court at the mall. They should try the bubble tea at ASIA City down the street so they can learn how to make it. Never going back.

The people working here are inconsiderate and extremely slow. I was trying to redeem my free drink and this girl who can barely speak english refuaed to honor my free drink as apparently my card was not stamped! And i was told apparently they use stamps instead. So i spent more than 50 dollars on this stupid place thinking i would get my free drink and suddenly they decided to change the rules so a customer like me who had the old points card isnt aware that the old system wont be honored?! Very unprofessional! And it felt like i was ripped off! Wpuld never go back to this place again and i will complain to the better business bureau maybe they wpuld think of providing a good customer service! Hated this place! And i definitely dont recommend for people to go here! Waste of time and money!!!

Tough call. Service is unnecessarily slow. I understand there’s only one employee working, but you’re making bubble tea, not gourmet meals. Shouldnt take that long. Its hard to say if the wait is worth it.

Fun & Modern Tea House. Love the design of this tea house! The wall colours are very bright and cheery with cute wall decals and stickers all over. The furniture is very modern with white leather bar stools, chairs and couches; plus my favourite, the transparent chairs. The bubble tea itself was amaazing!! It was the perfect sweetness and consistency, I will definitely be going back. The lady working was very cute and friendly. The price was a little high(about $13.00 for 2 Bubble teas) but I would say it’s worth it. Ordered -Taro & Coconut Bubble Tea Slush with Tapioca Bubbles and -Honeydew Bubble Tea Slush with Half Tapioca Bubbles & Half Passion Fruit Jelly

Heard that they have recently undergone renovations and have made changes to their drink menu, so I decided to come try it out. The interior is really nice, however, their drinks are horrible. You can determine whether they have good bubble tea by how their bubbles or tapioca pearls taste. There is no longer small or large sizes. All are now sold in large sizes. I ordered the milky tea with bubbles. The milky tea wasn’t that great, couldn’t really taste the tea flavour, and the bubbles were horrendously super mushy. I could tell they had overcooked it. I couldn’t even stand eating it and ended up tossing out the whole drink. What a waste of $6. I would not recommend coming here. Go to Panda Tea if you want bubble tea.

The last few days, I’ve visited – there were many flavors unavailable. What’s the point of having a bubble tea place when you can’t make a good chunk of what’s on the menu?

BAD SERVICE. I used to be a very frequent fan of global bubble tea, and I still am, just not at the University of Manitoba location. The people working there never have the tapioca made on time, and they are always rude and condescending. One time, I was there trying to place an order and instead of taking my order the girl working found it more important to text her friend, and had to finish before she processed my order. Her friend was also sitting next to her engaging in an unrelated conversation when the line was clearly backed up. It was probably the most unprofessional thing i’ve seen in a while. I was not impressed and from what I hear it’s a frequent occurrence. I will not be back, I rather drive right outside the University to another place for my bubble tea, at least they seem to care about my business
