I wish I can give a 0. Bad food and bad service. We ordered a grilled fish and it came with scale!!! Oh my god it is so gross. And it tasted not fresh at all. later on we ordered a hot pot soup and they seriously let us waited more than half hour. And when it finally came, the server told us that there was no soup bowls and spoons. Excuse me??? We asked twice and got them ten minutes later. Plus, we went to karaoke as part of this restaurant before the dinner and server did not tell us anything about happy hour. We got charged by hour at regular price and did not get any package drink or snacks. We noticed that when we paid our dinner in the very end , we mentioned that to the owner, and guess what he said? He said, oh then next time you know. Are you serious? DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK .
I read some of the reviews before going there and I was really worried, but don’t let that stop you. If you are the trying Korean bbq it’s a little hard at first but you will get a hang of it. Just have fun with it and enjoy the experience. The servers are really friendly and helpful but barely come by unless you call them. All in all its a good place and I recommend you go and check it out for yourself.
The food was good because you have the chance to cook it in your table the way you want it but it wasoverwhelming as they will serve you all the meats and ingredientsall at once. You just have to be creative in cooking so it won’t end up a mixture of everything in one pot. Service was not greatand expected it for an Asian restaurant. If you’re looking for fun and something different this is the place but won’t be back.
Bathrooms are pretty gross.. Other than that the food is okay. Its not amazing. You would really need to know how a Korean BBQ works to really enjoy this place. Its hard to know what things to cook and when and they really overwhelm you by giving you an entire tray FULL of meat at once. Foods okay at best.
Big portions, poor service. I had heard really good things about this place so I figured I would give it a shot. Considering we were the only people in the restaurant, I expected way better service. Although the food was amazing and the portions left me with leftovers for a few days. That doesn’t justify getting shotty service. We were rarely checked on, no water refills, bottomless pop is across the restaurant, and then we had to wait 10 minutes for our server to come back so we could pay the bill. If you want good food but don’t care for the service, check it out.
Bad service. The food is just fine but really terrible service.

First time here and it was so so. i join my mom and her co-workers for dinner and it’s quite a drive. when i saw the entrance i thought it was close or something because the place looks like it’s unfinished or something. there’s this long hallway that seems like getting fixed and at the end there’s the actual dining place. we have to walk all the way up front to ask the girl to sit us and wait for quite a while. while we’re sitted , we wait more for her to get the stuffs ready. we stood up and get the stuffs w/c they haven’t refilled. when she placed the pot, we have to wait again for her to place our orders. to our surprise she got out and gave us this two huge bowls with meats already set. we’re starving as hell so we didn’t bother complaining or asking. then halfway on our meal she got us another plate and added some more stuffs we didn’t order. it was a pretty slow service cause it seems like she’s working alone. i find almost all the meat fatty and i didn’t enjoy it much. i find it too expensive. i don’t hate it, but wont be for awhile if i do ever go back.
