THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR! I am by far disgusted by this restaurant and the servers/managers who operate the business.THEY DON’T ALLOW PEOPLE WHO ARE EATING BY THEMSELVES IN THE RESTAURANT during the buffet and make you wait and starve. I went for the lunch buffet on MARCH 15, 2019 (FRIDAY at 11:30AM).I told the server I was just by myself and she said she couldn’t accommodate me because I am eating by MYSELF and I would need to eat with a group in order to eat at the restaurant for that specific time.There were PLENTY of tables opened because they just opened and kept saying she couldn’t accommodate me and then she said if I can wait 45 minutes then she can take me in. But my lunch break would be done by then. The server did offer to use the buffet but for take out with 1 container (same price as dine-in) and a beverage – The size of the container for this take out was DEFINITELY not worth my money as it was a 2 inch by 5 inch container so I declined the offer.The manager of the restaurant was ALSO just as bad and didn’t have a reason to back up her response and why I couldn’t eat in their restaurant.If I am a customer and you actually VALUE your clients, you would make EVERYTHING possible to have this person eat at your restaurant esp if it is only 45 minutes. I was just so shocked that I received a response like. NEVER WILL I EVER COME TO YOUR RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN AND I WILL SHARE THIS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA.
