Just finished our Skip order… and a lovely surprise it was: fast to arrive, carefully packaged, thoughtfully labelled. Hot California Roll had a nice added bit of flash to it; We also added ‘DEEP FRY’ instructions to the calamari roll, and, though ridiculous, it was decadent and very satisfying. I Love Shrimp roll abundant in shrimp and was refreshing, Bite Me roll… interesting, Fried Veggie roll was exactly as advertised. We’ll easily call again.
We ordered Atta Sushi through skip the dishes. Their sushi is a bargain with some pre-selected maki combinations for a really reasonable price. The quality is pretty descent, but not gourmet – kind of middle of the road. Fillings are generous, so a good choice if you want to fill up on maki without breaking the bank. They oddly add cucumber to a number of maki rolls that dont typically contain it at other places – in Bakudan and chopped scallop rolls for example. Not a bad thing really, just unexpected.
