We ordered in from Junior’s last night using the skip the dishes app. The food was pretty good for fast food. I went with chicken pita and poutine, while my boyfriend had the spicy boy and chili fries. The food was all around decent, although I would have preferred a bit more sauce in my pita. I really enjoyed the gravy that they use on the fries and the chili was very tasty!

I went with the chicken gyro with poutine and my boyfriend had the spicy boy with chili cheese fries. both sets of fries were really good. the gravy on my poutine was delicious. my gyro could have used more sauce for flavour but my boyfriend really enjoyed his burger.
This past Saturday we decided on burgers from Juniors for dinner, I always get a cheese burger with no chili…I was so looking forward to this cheese burger as I have never had an issue with there food before…until Saturday night, I could not believe it when I opened my burger up, it looked like they walked to McDdonalds and asked for a hamburger patty and put it in my cheese burger, it was so thin I couldn’t believe it, this wasn’t a Juniors cheese burger that’s for sure, usually so meaty and thick…I was so disappointed and we should of just got burgers from McDonalds atleast I would of gotten a decent double cheese burger from there. I wont be back to Juniors for awhile.
Do yourself a favour (or punish yourself, depends on your point of view) and try the burger poutine. It’s a burger patty on top of a slice of toast, then covered by poutine and bacon bits. The bacon bits were simulated which isn’t great but it didn’t take away from how delicious the grease monster was. Their burgers are good, but the #1 reason to go is for their fries and their gravy. It’s top notch.
Junior’s is a great place to get your fry fix! They make them homemade so they always taste fresh. Large portions of fries, so easy to share. A favorite of mine is their chicken burger! Will be here again and again!
My go to place when I want fries. People complaining about greasy food shouldn’t be ordering greasy food because guess what, that’s what you get. This place isn’t about healthy options, it’s a typical burger and fry joint. Large portions of fries, decent chilli on your burger, hotdog, or topping your fries. Great place to go if you are on a budget because prices are similar to a chain fast food place but portions go much farther.
Dim bulbs…. Besides the roughly 157 burned out light bulbs on their 2 marquee signs, their food is typical greasy fare. The neglected state of those signs always leaves me with the thought that the state of their food storage and prep area is likely dirty and in disrepair. As a general rule, I don’t spend my time or money in any place that cannot be bothered to replace burned out light bulbs.
