Oh my not sure how to even review this place . It was once a great spot to eat. Pizza unique and chicken superb . I’m not sure if it recently changed owners but I had the most extreme case of food poisoning this past week. Also the order was more than 50 percent wrong . Just as a side note it was placed through skip the dishes which could explain the error but not the horrific food . I can’t even bring myself to think of the name let alone the food. Sorry to be so harsh but nothing can excuse or fix their unbelievable carelessness.
Decided I wanted some take out lunch so I decided on Van Goes through skip the dishes. order was perfect, 2 topping 9 inch pizza, was tasty and not overly filling, the wings were kind of small but tasty and not greasy.. It was a light lunch, not sure how much pizza you would have to order for dinner but I would definetly order from Van Goes again.
Was not too impressed. I don’t think I will be back. I also didn’t think it was anything special. Not a lot of toppings. Expensive for what you get. Tried VGP based on reviews here. Now wondering if people with 1 and 2 reviews who give them a wonderful fantastic review are from friends, family, employees and the reviews from people that have multiple reviews, and no connections to VGP, and say they are bad are the more realistic reviews.
Second chances. ‘m hoping this makes it to the manager I spoke with a month or two ago because at the time we had the worst experience food took hours it was cold etc…. So he went out of his way to make it better by offering us a credit for what our dinner had come to! Now I finally decide to try again and I am hassled about the code he had told me to use which was conveniently me email address. After being hassled about what I had a credit in the first place for I was told to order online and in turn said I’ve tried it didn’t work her response was …. Well sorry ! In other words too bad WOW nice customer service I only hope the man I spoke with that day is still there to teach others what customer service is all about. Sincerely disappointed

Best Thin Crust in Winnipeg. If you prefer thick crust on your pizza, then Van Goes, isn’t for you.But if you’re like many people who prefer thin crust, you gotta eat here.I like a vegetarian pizza and their Fresh Garden one comes with Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Fresh Mushrooms, Red Onions, Shredded Carrots, Fresh Roma Tomatoes & Basil.Me and Amber split a large one and We(me) finished it.The toppings, cheese, sauce and of course the crust were all superior savory ingredients.They have wide selection of non vegetarian style pizzas too, plus other grub.I’d highly recommend Van Goes.
