My co-worker and I needed our breakfast to start the day! Headed to Husky House across the street from our hotel. First of all, coffee was great!When we arrived there was one waitress (on a Sunday morning) and about 3 tables of two people each.We waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken.I ordered a bacon, cheese and mushroom omelet. Waitress then asked me what meat I would like. I thought I already told her this. She told me I get another meat on top. Okay, bacon, says I. Toast? I like white, but wasn’t asked. Shredded or cubed? Shredded, please.My partner ordered poached eggs with sausage and hash browns. She would like her eggs medium and shredded.A total of 50 minutes later our breakfast finally arrived.My plate? Cubed hash browns, whole wheat toast, ham, cheese and mushroom omelet. AND, NO bacon on top.My partners plate? Hard cooked eggs, hash browns that resembled styrofoam and cold sausages.The lady at the table behind us did not receive her sausages.This has got to be the worst restaurant experience I have ever had! We paid for our coffees, tipped our waitress well and are now across the street at Smittys.We couldn’t decide where to hit this morning. Obviously our initial choice was the wrong one!Save time! Go to Smittys!!!
