  Perfectly average Montana’s food. Nothing great but nothing bad. The McDonald’s of BBQ waitress was friendly and I am not sure why I have to write a lot to bore you.

  Food is excellent, Service inconsistent!. When I started going there regularly the service was very good and I always tipped good, But one would not think that the service would go the other way and servers care less about your business after that! The food is excellent, But it is to the point that it is time to give somewhere else a try!

  Sour cream incident. Montana’s had renewed my faith in their customer service. The manager phoned me the day after having the sour cream dumped on me to find out what had happened. After talking to me he checked with his staff to see what the problem was. No one had let a manager know of the problem. He has since sent me gift certificates that more than made up for the incident. So thank you Montana’s this was appreciated.09 Nov, 2014Sour cream dumped down my back. Less than a great experience. Fries were cold and loads of pepper on them, then to add to it all the waitress dumped a dish of sour cream down my back. What a mess. Inside of my leather jacket lining covered in it as well as my clothes. She said she was sorry but wouldn’t you think my meal would have been comped. nope not a thing taken off a bill for 10 people as well as drinks. Montana’s you failed miserably in customer service.

  Bad service. Now I’m all for second chances but I have gone to Montana’s three times in a row with terrible service. The first time the cutlery was disgustingly covered in old food and really dirty. Which I asked for some clean cutlery, which was replaced but the waiter forgot my drink several time and didn’t rush back for refills and such. The second time the waitress completely forgot about me in our table, the rest of my table got their food before I even ordered when I was finally able to get her attention. The last and third time we went out for drinks and we had a good 2 hours to kill before heading out, so we ordered our drinks and each one of us only got one drink because the bar tender never came back! It’s one thing to let someone sit there with an empty glass but another for all three of us! We tried getting her attention, even my friend was sliding the glass around hoping we would get some service. In my opinion the service and food that I have had wasn’t great and don’t get me wrong I have had Montana’s in Winnipeg and had excellent food but each to their own. Myself, I wouldn’t recommend it.

  Terrible. I haven’t been to Montana’s in Brandon for a few years but man has it gone downhill. Food took forever and my girlfriend’s meal was royally messed up. We didn’t have time to wait for a remake so she just ate it. I filled out a survey on their website saying I had a horrible experience and didn’t even get a reply. Never going back

  Sandwich fell apart immediately after one bite, vegetables were rock hard (supposed to be the side of cooked vegetables with the meatloaf) one of the four meals didn’t come out until everyone else was half done. All in all not what you expect from an established restaurant. Ate at Bl for their soft opening and things went smoother
