This was my first time ordering here and I will never order again! I’m so disappointed. The food was burnt and tasteless and the chicken was hard. I ate less then half my plate before having to throw it out! Yuck. Never again.
This is the second time we have ordered from Bo Bo since we stopped ordering from Ocean King. The food is consistently good and the prices are very reasonable compared to some Chinese restaurants. This is definitely our go-to Chinese restaurant going forward.
I love the kitchy 60’s decor when you walk in, with ambient lighting. The owner and chef is very friendly. The food is amazing, large portions, never greasy, always tasty! BoBo’s chow mein is a favorite with lots of shrimp, BBQ pork, chicken, mixed veggies and noodles in a delicious light sauce. The breaded shrimp are huge with light breading, perfectly done. Honey Spicy Crunchy Beef is a favorite everyone loves, even my fussy Father-in-law had 3 helping, I left out telling him it had spicy in the title, he hates anything spicy, it’s not spicy at all more like honey garlic. Beef and Broccoli perfectly done, tender beef, crisp broccoli, drizzled with savory garlic soy, my kids favorite, this is why my son loves broccoli! Shanghai noodles, have a nice lightly grilled taste, to them, very tasty.
Wonton soup was good, but should have been hotter. The ginger beef was breaded and tasteless. The bo bo chowmein was ok. I had not been to this restaurant in many years, and the food is not as good as it used to be.
There food is pretty good,But the honey garlic sauce was to runny.The service was great and delivery time was good as well
Love It!. BoBo is always good take out. Good service, but not the most romantic atmosphere when you eat in. Important note: unless you have a good sense of humour, do NOT use the restroom in the winter. :)The food though, is always yummy. We always get the Beef Chow Fan and the Honey Garlic Chicken. They are quick to get it to our door and we’ve never had a single complaint in 15 years.
New fav. We were regulars at Ocean King until they sold it. This is our new favourite and is even better than Ocean King. Very fresh and tasty, big portions, no leftovers too yummy, great prices too!
