I dont understand how they sell a thing. These were the worst perogies I have ever had in my life. During cooking, the insides fell out and the outsides were extremely slimy. You could chalk this up to operator error but that would hardly account for the bland potato cheese filling, the disgusting butter chicken filling that resembled vomit and the blueberry perogies that should have gone straight into the trash. Learn how to cook or close down!
I love the Dakota location as I have always enjoyed superb experience with great customer service and great perogy advise from the staff. Perogy Planet has the best saurkraut and potato&cheddar perogies. They taste great fried with sour cream and definitely are much much better than the store-bought ones. Also, if you ever see Perogy Planet perogy poutine at the Folklorama (Ukrainian Pavilion), give it a try because it is absolutely the best poutine I have ever had!
