Just came here for bubble tea and the waitress seems to have no idea what’s available on their menu. Everytime we asked to order something from the menu on the wall the waitress seemed very confused and not really aware of what was written on the wall. Very strange service
Went here. It’s alright, sometimes there are lumps in my bubble tea. I liked The Moment name better tho. Also, they never ask if I want to stamp my card too. It’s okay, but Popocha is better.
Milk tea with lumps. I had a small peach milk tea here and it had lumps in it. I think the powder flavoring did not dissolve in the tea leaving a powdery texture and lumps of flavoring at the bottom of my drink. I ended up throwing the entire bubble tea after only taking a few sips. The table I sat at was sticky and felt grimy. I would not come back
Several name changes later and we have a winner… I’ve gone to Fantastic House when it used to be called The Moment. Personally I liked their former name better and they whipped through other names before settling on this one. I like their bubble tea in general, and also enjoy the atmosphere provided with the settings. I find it relaxing and they have many board games and magazines for you and your friends to be occupied with. The staff are friendly, although service can be slow, even when you’re the only one in there. When ordering food, they can turn out even slower, so just be wary of that. Good place!
They have a giant menu and the selection is fantastic. Egg puffs are kinda cool but when i went for the first time, the girl behind the counter was really rude. There are definitely better bubble tea houses in the city.
