New Management….(2017)Have ordered here six times now. Have been some of the best Chinese meals I’ve eaten.Dry breaded shrimp, Szechuan chicken, Ginger beef is to die for. Great service. Very good staff. Always fresh. My go to place now. Never been disappointed.Hard to find good Chinese food in this city. Thankfully i found this great place. You will never go wrong ordering from here.
Never ordering here again…food ok previously..today food cold…tiny shrimp packed in tons ofbreading..forgot my ginger beef …then deliver some kind of beef stew..not ginger beef..chow mein soggy …worst chinese food ever had …will never return
O.K food, Used to be better. Terrible customer service! They made an error on my Pickup order and when I called to tell them they wanted me to bring the wrong food back. When I requested for them to deliver the correct food as it was their error by not confirming the order they refused. After talking to 4 different people they reluctantly agreed to deliver but I would have to pay for the delivery and the difference in the cost of the food! I wont go back.
Under New Management – Terrible!!. We’ve been in this neighbourhood for 3 years and this was our go-to place. We took friends and family here – local and out of town, and everyone loved it. But we ordered delivery for a birthday last week and it was awful and nearly inedible. Food was either undercooked or overcooked (mostly overcooked), fried rice was lazy, underdone, under-seasoned with huge chunks of rice stuck together with no soya sauce on it, the soup had so much thickener in it you could stand up your spoon in the container when it arrived, and the chicken balls tasted ‘off’.This was an absolutely terrible meal and embarrassing that it was for a birthday. Do not eat here anymore.
Used to be good but it’s horrid now. Avoid this place!. I have to echo the most recent comments here. When the Shanghai closed down, it took a while to find another great restaurant but I had found it and then they changed owners. Now, the food is terrible and more expensive. As another poster stated, the chow mein was tasteless. The breaded pork was tough, rubbery and had a funny taste to it. The pork, and the chicken balls were almost all gristle. I will never order from here again and will have to find another place.
New owners. Apparently the restaurant has new owners or management. The food is not very good now. Nothing tastes right. Too bad…..this use to be a great place to order from.
I won’t order from here again. I used to order from here all the time and it was our favorite place. Boy was I surprised at what I got when I ordered from there today. First off I was surprised at how much more my regular order costed but I looked past it cuz this was my favorite Chinese place. But when I tasted it I knew something wasent right. My chow main was bland and flavourless and there was no sauce. The sweet and sour pork was gloppy and again flavourless. The spring rolls were mushy n gross. Very disappointed with pretty much everything I got. After looking online I found it’s under new management. I won’t be ordering from this place again.
