You can tell the food is always made from fresh ingredients. Gan’s is the only Chinese restaurant we order from, and the quality is always consistent. The ginger beef, bbq pork fried rice, curry shrimps, lemon chicken and Gan’s chow mien are some of our favourites.I have downgraded my rating from a 5 to a 4 because they occasionally forget a dish I have ordered. This rarely happens, but it is very annoying when it does because I am already at home, and it isn’t worth the time and gas to return to get it. The last time they forgot the lemon sauce for my lemon chicken which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering lemon chicken in the first place.

Ordered in from here last night and was very impressed! We ordered many dishes…mushroom fried rice, shrimp fried rice, chicken balls, Kung Po chicken, shrimp with veggies and almonds, shrimp egg Foo Young, chop suey and everything was very delicious and fresh and hot. I would definitely go back.
