I’m pretty easy to please usually. One Sunday our waitress was no where to be found for condiments, or for a refill, didn’t bring me the pancake I ordered with my breakfast. It turned out she was sitting in the booth next to us talking to her friend. I got my refill after I had eaten all my meal. I emailed the manager a few weeks ago and did not even receive a response. Nice. Not. I was actually telling me friends to give it a try because I had enjoyed my last visit. I think the Nook is worth the drive.
