Greate place. We were looking for a breakfast stop while traveling and found this place. Our waitress was fantastic. Quick, discreet service and great food. This will be our go to stop while traveling in the Winnipeg area.

OMG. Beef dip with fries and gravy,soup,pop. Ready?With $3.00 tip,almost THIRTY BUCKS?!What the hell?!?!I just about fell over. 250 ml of soup was $3.95 alone.Never mind hungry,in a hurry schmucks like me,how do the truckers eat?This is beyond ridiculous. Never again,no way,ever. I would have to be stranded and starving before going back would ever happen,even then,I would eat snow before I coughed up another thirty bucks in a truck stop for lunch. You people should be ashamed.
For a Humpty’s its the best one. The staff are great and are always there to fill up your coffee. The food is typical dinner food, not bad but not great. The Mexican Pan Scrambler with tater tots is my fav thing to order regardless of the time of day.
Disappointed?. The dinner we had there last night was terrible!! Cold ,the hamburger steak was HARD,TERRIBLE!! The pulled pork pasta dish was, terrible,what there was of meat tasted old ,awful.and that was the special!!! They must have found that somewhere way down in the freezer!! They no longer serve desert with the special! We left very unhappy to have spent 30$ on such absolute,terrible food!!!!
Cheers for the new management!. Love this place!…hadn’t been in years but planning to go very often since the last visit which was so great. Food was wonderul and service very accommodating.
Excellent!. We used to go out to Humpty’s some years back when on the way to visit in Sanford. Went back yesterday for the lst time in years. Got there around 3 p.m… we hadn’t eaten all day, so were very hungry! No crowd at all. I ordered the large portion hot turkey dinner & my husband ordered the corned beef melt & curly fries. I was expecting to wait but it came out fast. And the turkey dinner was steaming hot and his sandwich nice and lean and perepared perfectly. The portions were nice and generous! 2 huge scoops of mashed potatoes and the vegetables were great. It was like a home cooked meal and as my husband said no hints of other foods from the same grill, nor greasy at all. Sonya (sp?) our waitress was terrific. I’d give this a sold 5 *****’s out of 5!! We’ll be back often.
