This place has the best Pho in town! If you like spicy pho, you should definately try #31 (Satay Pho). The staff are friendly and the place is clean. They also have great dessert such as bubble tea, Vietnamese Coffee and other Vietnamese desserts. I have been eating here for years now and I never get sick of this place. The beef in their pho is tender and full of flavor. Unlike other places that have chewy and kind of hard to chew beef. I find that Phuong Nam puts alot of beef brisket in their pho. Its worth the price you paid for. XL size pho can feed two people. I also tried their crispy chicken on rice, bahn mi and their salad rolls and everything tasted good. The only thing I dont like about this place is that they used to be open until 3am (or 4am?). Other than that, I have no problems with this place. I recommended this restaurant to a few of my friends and now, they are regulars! If youre going here for Pho, this place is for you. I strongly recommend to eat here.
