I really like the atmosphere here: Comfortable and rustic, with a 70s feel. It is like no other. It’s a great place to relax over a nice meal.Along with other hey have an excellent selection of packaged teas, coffees, soaps and other health items to purchase, as well as their spelt and sourdough breads.Friday afternoon lunch was busy, but with little waiting. Service was excellent; very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome.I had a bowl of their carrot and ginger soup. It was thick and delicious; perfect to warm you up. It came with a slice of their homemade bread. For an extremely reasonable price, I took a generously-sized date square home. It was tasty, but the non-date base and topping were dry and could have used some sweetening. My friend had the sliced lamb sandwich which she enjoyed. The potato chips that came with it were likely made there, and were crispy and good.We had an enjoyable and relaxing lunch, then picked up a few things at their store. The Yellow Deli will definitely be visited again.

My co – worker took me after work one day, and I had a fabulous time. The place is so beautifully set up!! With super great priced teas, natural medicines, to incenses. I felt like a valued guest from the moment I walked in the door. We sat to eat, and shared a sandwich and soup, both that were absolutely fabulous and cooked to perfection. I would recommend to anyone!!

My friends and I have made this place our new hang out spot for evening dessert. Their carrot cake is AMAZING, I literally get it every time I’m there. The servers are a little socially detached, but I think that just has to do with their culture and heritage. Highly recommend their lattes as well, delicious! If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing hang out, this is the place to be. They even give out the wifi password if you’re wanting to study.

I wanted to go to the Common Sense because I’m so curious that this group runs a store and deli. They have some literature/pamphlets at the front about their community or similar groups. Sometimes the service is odd or disjointed, with no sense of urgency, yet there are quite a few people working there just wandering around. The menu is small and limited, but I knew that going in. I tried the spinwich, which was wholesome and decently priced, and an iced chai yerba mate drink. The seating area is neat, with a wood lodge/cottage feel.

A family friend took me here for lunch and i was surprised that such a place even existted ! With that being said, its a cozy little bakery with booths and a couple tables on one side and then a health food shop on the other side. Staff was friendly and helpful and service was very quick. I had a vanilla chai tea and it was very good. The veggie burger was equally as tasty. Only downfall was their 4 item menu. Not much to choose from and i think some people might not be able to make a choice as they may not like any of the menu items. I dont think a child would enjoy eating there, for example. But i underatand its just a small bakery type thing so they probably want to keep their menu small and simple. Overall its a nice and cute place to go for a light lunch.

I came in looking for something light to take out for lunch. I asked one of the guys at the counter and he suggested a fresh salad to go will be good. So, I orderedthe saladand an iced tea drink to go with it. It was one of the best salad I ever had – fresh, greenandcrunchy, with dried raspberry andalmonds and the dressing is to die for, not to mention the tea is so good and refreshing. It’s a different kind of iced tea mixed drinkonly them can make it. They also sell loose teas and fresh baked bread.
