We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food that was served to us. The portions were large and the taste was perfect. We had the Deluxe Fried Rice, Chicken in Black Bean Sauce and garlic, and Singapore noodles. we will defiantly be returning to this restaurant, as I am already thinking of what I will try there next.
Best thing we ordered was the Honey Garlic Veal, which was tender with the welcome but unexpected addition of five spice. Deluxe Shanghai Noodles were mildly spiced, lots of shrimp but not much of anything else – a few shards of veggies and possibly traces of beef and/or pork that were barely detectable. Beef with pea pods was nice and tender and mushrooms and pea pods were fresh. I agree with other reviewers that each item was not over salted, which was much appreciated.
