This is the most frustrating Tim’s I’ve been too. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my home. When getting drive through, order is wrong at least 60% of time. Plus what really puts me off is most cases they assume they are keeping the change while I sit there and have to ask for it. I’ve even called the manager about it before and that issue still hasn’t stopped. Someone is pocketing extra money!

It’s a problem when the cars for drive thru start lining up on Henderson hwy . I don’t enjoy their frozen pastries that are reheated and passed off to the consumer as fresh . -10 for Tim ‘s
