Went here with my family. We were seated fairly quickly in about 5 minutes. Our order was taken in about another 5 minutes. It took an hour to get our food. My family didn’t even like it. I had the international and asked to swap out the sausage for bacon. It didn’t happen they just took the sausage off. Nothing was on the waffle or French toast. I think I would of rather of just stayed home and ate cereal and toast instead of wasting an hour and half of our time and $40!
Wing very good! Best price! Wing and beer in vlt area best time!! When big city 5’s isn’t Hittin just slide on over to the cats and get them purrin and they will pay out for sure. Oh, and watch out for Javier on Thursdays, his hot wings are hotter than a can of beans left on the campfire while your snipin gophers from your lawn chair
I was in the lounge on Friday evening. It was my first time here as I was invited by some friends. There was a Jets game so the place was quite full. I had a few drinks, and I tried the cactus cuts and wings. Both were good. The cocktails were just okay. I will say the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I have never seen a more filthy rest room. Not sure I’d trust this place for food and drinks again after that.
Service was horrible and then because the waitress said we were a group we had to pay a service fee. I told her no way for me and she took it off my bill only. When I contacted the manager he stated there is no such thing there and he would send coupons. Never got them. The server also had the same drink on a few different bills and said don’t worry about, same price. A typical service scan to have the same drink on two different bills to collect extra money for the server. Beware the scamming waitress.
Been here a few times now for both the restaurant and lounge. I have had a positive overall experience in both sections.My wife and I enjoy going to the lounge for a drink and some appetizers with friends and family when we get a chance to. I personally really enjoy their wings. They are always cooked to perfection and the wing size and flavor is always consistent, which is a huge plus in my book. Service is also a plus. The waitress is always friendly and makes you feel at home. The nights we go they are always up for a conversation but they also know when they need to be on the floor so that nobody is waiting around for service. Great place to catch a game on their many TV’s. My only negative here is that even on predictably busy nights (game nights) they usually only have 2 staff working the floor like any other night and service can get slow at times.The restaurant side is a great place to go for some comfort food. Service is good and food is always consistent. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy the variety on the breakfast menu.
Terrible service….. Worst service you can imagine. Expect to wait one hour for a simple order of wings.
