Ordered the fat boy and Mac and cheese bites via skip the dishes and I was not disappointed. It was exactly what I was looking for, a big sloppy burger that I would never eat in public. The Mac and cheese bites were perfect and Id order both again in a heartbeat.
I went here on the last day of Le Burger Week 2016. No line up to order, but a massive amount of people waiting to get their food. It took about 30 minutes till our order was ready, but it was definitely worth it!You could tell that even for a regular burger and fries, this place would be great. The patty was flavourful and loaded with charcoaly goodness, the bun was light and fluffy, and the fries were just perfect. For Le Burger Week, their special had cheese, perogies, sour cream and chili on it. It was messy, but so, so good! I loved it.I will definitely be back to try their regular burgers. And hopefully the milkshake machine won’t be broken on my next visit.
Generally I love north star, I’ve gotten food from there since I was in elementary. However my burger from tonight was the driest, tasteless, hockey puck I have ever had from there. They’re burgers are usually juicy and so good, but not this time. Completely disappointed. Tasted very cheap, in comparison to what they normally produce. We probably won’t go back before the end of the season.
A nice, little spot for a quality burger. Nothing really stands out above the rest, but it’s a decent burger for a good price. Not a fan of the fries, but they’re good for poutine’s, which North Star does perfectly.
First time! The best!. Glad I went to eat here! Honestly the best local joint I been to that doesn’t have greasy fries whatsoever and is reasonably priced! No need to take out cash because they have a debit machine! I would recommend anyone to eat here
Awesome burgers and fries!Try the bacon cheeseburger with their spicy sauce.One of the best burger joints in town.They definitely need to get chili though.
Great place!. Brought my family here today and we loved it! Portions were huge and the food was delicious. Only thing is if you don’t want a huge ice cream cone get a kid size.. Their portions are bigger than you would expect
