Stepping into this restaurant is like stepping back into the 80’s, the decor is in need of a serious update. The place was ridiculously understaffed, so much that there wasn’t a clean table in sight. The staff was friendly enough but could have used some help. Food was so so. I realize it’s KFC but it was pretty bland. Also the ice wasn’t working which kind of sucks when it’s +30 outside. I’ll skip this place and go to Tims next time.
Looking at the other negative reviews, it looks like there is a whole new crew running this restaurant. I have never had a bad experience with this location, old crew or new crew.Only gave an average rating because let’s face it KFC/Taco Bell is just an average restaurant, nothing special, nothing overtly wrong.
This kfc on lakewood is the worst. The employees have a hard time with english there fore they mess every order up i dont know how meny times iv got home and my order is wrong not just a little mess up but huge .. not even what you ordered at alll but even just a simple meal like a twister with regulat mayo instead of pepper mayo cant be done right im sooo upset with this … if you can t get what you asked for then they shouldnt work there

KFC = Kentucky Fried Crap!. What happened to KFC? We order only once or twice a year now and when we do, we are gagging. The chicken is soggy and gross, not to mention super expensive!
