Horrible service. We were standing waiting to be seated but no one came to us so we just decided to find a table for ourselves. When we sat down, no one came to us. We were sitting there for a good 20mins and no one came. Unreal. A couple of servers saw us but never acknowledged us. My friends and I decided to leave this place and decided to go somewhere else.
I dont usually rate and do reviews but this one is actually worth venting about. So I only go here when I’m with my friends to catch up because nonetheless I’m gonna be sitting there impatiently waiting and watching others that were there after us get their food first. My high school friends and I went here to catch up last and I ordered wings for to-go. I ordered it around 9:15 and it was already 9:50 that I realized how it was taking a long time. Our server was nowhere to be found so I asked another server. She told me that she’s gonna double check. She came back with a news saying that our server left WITH MY TO-GO WINGS… I didnt know if I should be pissed off or would just wanna laugh about it. I really just wanted my wings.. I ended up getting my wings plus another pound cause of the disaster.
Cheap, decent wings with hit or miss service. Apparently my review has to be a tleast 140 characters so here I am, typing fillers for this review.
Horrib horrible service!!! First time I went here was fine, was excited because of their cheap wings. The taste was just okay (since it’s cheaper than other places). The second time was the worst, went there with my friends, stood there and waited for a server to give us a table. Nobody came, though it was so not busy (about 4 tables where occupied at the time). So we sat ourselves, the server clearly saw us (when we arrived and when she passed by us) we’re now waiting for someone at least to give us the menu. And again, NOBODY CAME. Didn’t stay, went out of the darn place and went to Tony Roma’s (which is a hundred times better than this place). Never recommended this place to anyone. I gave it a 1, just because I need to rate it,!to post my review. But it was way beyond negative hundreds for me, because of the terrible service.
I came for the ‘wing night’ on Saturday around 11pm. I was told they were out of wings. I’ve heard really bad things about this place but cheap wings on Saturday sounded good. This place is a joke.
Great wings and triples. Went there a couple times sometimes it packed sometimes its not but always the greatest wings weather its wing night or just a ordinary night 30 cents for wings is cheap along with 10.00 triples is decent for the great wings service was awesome had a server with us immediately with knowledge of the drink specials and happy hour menu also I saw some girls struggling but no complaints about the service me and my buddies got.
Horrible Service, Would NEVER go back. I didn’t understand their drink menu and wanted to clarify one of the drinks to the waitress. Instead of explaining to me what was in the drink, she rolled her eyes and got me something completely different. For the rest of the night, she ignored my orders but served everyone else at my table. I ended up having to walk up to the bar and getting my drinks myself. Terrible attitudes from the staff, horrible service.
