Tried this place for the first time with an old friend who just came back from Texas. We both ordered iced coffee and cinnamon buns and was really good.The place is cozy for casual or business meetingswith very friendly staff and fast service.
I always enjoy going to San Vito coffee house. The quick service, friendly staff, clean seating and welcoming ambience of the place makes it my favourite caf in the St James area

I usually find myself here twice a week because of business in the area. Service is always quick and pleasant; coffee good and reasonably priced…..muffins and such are tasty. My only beef is they do have a loyalty program but because its done through the register you are never too sure when you,be hit ten cups unless you keep track on your own.
Nice place. The interior is warm, clean and inviting, the service was quick and the prices very reasonable. We tried the BLT and the salmon with cream cheese bagel. Both very tasty. Personally, I would add tomatoes to salmon cream cheese bagel. If I’m in the area, I would surely come in again.
