Cheeeese!!. If you’re at the University of Manitoba, and you want to get away from noisy students and sit down somewhere with cloth napkins, this is your choice.I tried the roasted vegetable sandwich, which was really nice. Eggplant, zucchini, red onion, red pepper, and mushroom were seasoned and cooked perfectly.The one surprise was that I wasnt told the side would be sweet potato fries. I was fine with that, but I would have liked to have known that beforehand. I am wondering if there would have been an option to have a vegetable side instead.The highlight of the meal was definitely the feta cheese. I have never had cheese more delicious than this, and the texture was like nothing Ive ever had. It is made at the University of Manitoba.The pasta that they serve is also made locally in Steinbach. The servers seem uncomfortable and afraid of doing something wrong. The management obviously has high standards, as we had several people checking, and re-checking that everything was ok.
