Being a chain you can find pretty much in every mall around the city they are all about the same. They have really good teriyaki sauce here, it’s one of my favorites. I like to get a few extra scoops of it on my beef. They give you lots of nice veg (mostly bean sprouts) like mushrooms and broccoli and the rice is really good. They also have really good spring rolls and gyozas (dumplings) but your meal can get pretty expensive for fast food if you start adding extras.I’ve also tried the ramen/soup… The makeup is the same as the beef except it’s served with noodles in a teriyaki flavored broth which tasted like drinking the sauce so I really enjoyed it. All the beef and veg goes in there from the normal stir fry as well.

This is one of my two favourite vendors in the food court. The terryaki sauce is perfect and the cashier was friendly. One complaint was that because it is made to order, sometimes one cook seems to not portion things the same as the next. I haven’t experienced a problem but a customer in front of me stated an issue. I love the food and I will continue to go there unless the recipe changes.
I love Koya and have since the mid-90s when the owners used to come into the grocery store I worked at, and buy whole fresh chickens to butcher. I love that when I have a craving for some stir-fry, I can just head to the mall for a good, flavourful, fast and fresh bowl of some Koya. Always friendly service and quality ingredients.
Had the Yakisoba classic with beef and it was good. Nothing amazing but I defiantly left happy. Make sure to grab some chilli sauce on the end of the line. I plan on eating my way thru this food court in the next few weeks so I’ll let ya know how it compares to the other spots.
Found a hair in my food. Lady in front said it was a bean sprout. Erm I know the difference between a hair and a bean sprout. AVOID!
Grant Park location is good.. Very tasty food made fast. The folks at GP seem to put some more effort into their craft.Very good Asian fast food.
