Sushi Ai is my absolute favourite place for sushi in Winnipeg. The service is always really good, the decor is beautiful and set the mood well, and the sushi is amazing every single time. I recently went there for my birthday and I got my usual rainbow roll, then I also tried the evergreen and vegetable caterpillar roll. The rolls were bomb as usual and I would for sure get them all again (hopefully soon).
