DO NOT EAT HERE!!!. I will not eat at this establishment again!! Poor Service. Poor communication. Speak to a Manager and you have to repeat yourself over and over again. They are defensive and not willing to LISTEN to their customer’s concern. Instead, they come up with poor reasons why their food is so high priced compared to others. The sign of business on its way down!!
Take out totally skimps on you!!. I ordered some chicken and paid $9. All we got for that was a measily container the size of a hamburger. I phoned the lady to notify her of how skimpy this was compared to the other dishes I pay $8 or $9 for. All she could do was argue and raise her voice at me! I highly recommend NOT patronizing a restaurant not willing to listen to their customers. She offered NOTHING and when I told her what I get in any city Chinese restaurant in comparison she would have nothing to hear of it. Therefore, she has LOST our business!! Good luck with that business model and treatment of customers.
Perf. If you’re taking out: the food is ready really quick. & eating in is nice! Its a good environment . Nice music. Nice decor. friendly waitresses. very professional. THE FOOD IS SO GOOD. it’s not greasy or oily.It is amazing. Best Chop suey ever! & complimentary soup & rice. SO GOOOODthe chow mein’s noodles are so goodthe comsomme soup .. I love it. Delicious best I’ve ever had and I have a lot of chinese food. (compared to other takeout I mean)REALLY AMAZING HOTPLATES the wontons can be a little on the crispy side sometimes but that’s the only problem I’ve experienced.
Food was alright. Nobody in the restaurant yet server was slow. They made an error with our food ordering and the manager seemed upset that we sent it back. Chicken balls were nice n crispy. The place was cold in temperature but we warmed up to hot beverages.
