Came in here under the recommendation of a neighbor for some Vietnamese sandwiches (banh mi). This isn’t my normal go to as it is quite out of the way for me, but I thought I’d give it a try.This is an interesting shop, they seem to be a strictly take out only. Yet the store is huge and half of the shop is empty. They also have a large area in which tables could be setup for dine-in yet it is not available.The menu here is spartan. Asides for sandwiches, they have a few entrees and snacks like fried Chinese perogies and dessert cups. They have an awesome sandwich special where if you buy five, you get one free.The sandwiches are good and the prices very reasonable. They also have a parking lot which is nice. Would come back if in the area.

Had just a bubble tea from here. Didn’t realize it came with a side of horrendous food poisoning. I think their other locations are much nicer. I would’ve rated this a 0.0 but needed to post a review so that 1.0 should really be negative 1.0 or lower.
I was in the area today so I stopped in to pick up lunch. I think this is actually the worst location out of the three in the city, just because they have less of a food selection, most items are premade, the parking lot is tiny and they have no dining area other than a couple of gross tables.I got the young coconut bubble tea, shrimp salad rolls and 3 BBQ pork skewers. The food is all really good and the bubble tea was also good. If you just want to stop in and pick up lunch and leave, this is a good location but if you actually want to sit down for a meal in a nice atmosphere definitely go to one of the other locations for sure.
I went there with my boyfriend during lunchtime on a weekday….all I can say is its dirty everywhere. Also when I bought taro bubble tea I usually love it but this time the pearls were frozen and the taro powder wasn’t mixed! I didnt like it!!. They need to clean and wipe there counters! Also there glass display they don’t use has to be cleaned out! To much clutter
