Needed a place that would delver to downtown office – nothing spectacular but did the job – delivery was on time and call-taker was reasonably courteous. There’s other places Id rather order from (chicken chef, or chicken delight Pembina location) but this place does in a pinch.
Just stopped and picked up our meal. Saw the ratings and issues for delivery and decided to pick up and see if that changed things. Nope, they forgot part of our order. The bag was stapled shut and my husband did not open it before leaving. We got home to find part of our order missing. I called to discuss with the manager. There was no apology and tried to make us feel like it was our fault. He was only willing to have us drive back downtown and pick up the missing order. When I said we won’t do that because we’re already home, we wanted the rest of the order with our hot meal not let it get cold or dried out in an oven. I asked for money back for what we did not receive. He refused. I told him he was getting this review online. Customer service means nothing to him. He and his business now mean nothing to me and everyone I share it with.
Wish we would’ve read these reviews before ordering food to the office. Ordered 10 pieces, large fries. took an hour to get here, and after telling them the payment would be on a card, the delivery driver showed up without a debit/credit terminal. The driver called the store, and they said they would be sending another driver to claim payment before 6:00PM. Currently we have all this food and have not paid for it yet. The chicken isn’t even that good. Fingers crossed, none of us get sick. Hoping that the store isn’t as dirty as I’m picturing as per the last review.

I had ordered a family meal and was told that it would take 1 hour and 15 min. I canceled my order and then the employee had proceeded to ask how much time is acceptable. I had said 30 min. and the employee told me that it was not possible. I proceeded to tell the employee that I will order from elsewhere. 20 min. later the delivery driver comes with the order and I had already ordered from somewhere else. Shortly afterwards I receive a call from an employee yelling and screaming that I didn’t cancel the order, I am never to order from there again followed by some very vulgar remarks. Needless to say I will never order from there again.
