I really like ordering take out from here. I really like the owners, very friendly and helpful. They make their own dim sum if you want to take it home and steam it yourself. I have always ordered the Singapore curry noodles, needs a but more curry flavor, some crispy floured green and red peppers and rice vermicelli instead of the wheat noodles, but still enjoyable. Also the chicken fried rice and the deep fried squid in salt, which find both good. I’ve bought the frozen sticky rice as well and I would recommend.
The lemon chicken had crunchy bones in it, looked like fish bones. The health inspector went and ‘he’ assuming the cook, said he went fishing and it must have gotten mixed up with the chicken. WAS IT FISH? CATFISH FROM THE RED? OR CHEAPING OUT ON THE CHICKEN, THERE WAS NO CHICKEN IN THAT DISH! IT WASN’T MIXED UP. GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT WE ATE. AFTER OVER 10 YEARS, NEVER AGAIN. THUMBS DOWN TO THE HEALTH AND FOOD INSPECTOR AS WELL, COULDN’T REALLY BE BOTHERED ON THE PHONE, IT TOOK A COUPLE OF CALLS TO GET HER TO ACTUALLY GET OFF HER BUTT AND GO.
