I ordered catering for a business dinner consisting of 22 people (a combination of heavy meat eaters, light no carb eaters and picky eaters). Feast managed to please everyone! We ordered the saskatoon BBQ chicken breast, wild rice, Feast salad, roasted veggies, traditional bannock and fried bannock – with cinnamon sugar bannock for dessert. Rave reviews right across the board! The food was exceptional, the communication with Feast was excellent, delivery on time and piping hot. We will definitely order from Feast again, and would recommend for any catering needs!
The Swizzle Styx dined here this week and wow, we were impressed!!! The service was great and the food was fabulous!!! Everything tasted so fresh and the bannock is excellent. We had the bison taco, pickerel sliders, smoked salmon sandwich and fries with the yummy bison gravy. They even have a nice wine list. Great portions and very reasonable prices. This place is a gem!!
This place has delicious food and the best bannock I’ve ever had! Prices are decent. The Resturaunt is small yet feels open. The only slightly negative thing I have experienced here is slow – ish service and that they possibly forget an item or two that was ordered. We politely reminded them and our missing times were brought out right away. Other than that I love this place!
Great service and food! Will return!Had the bison burger with bannock bun. Best bun I’ve ever had on a burger. The food at the other tables looked delicious!
I’ve only been here once, but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The bison ribs were very good, but the portion was quite small. The other dishes that my dining companions ordered weren’t skimpy at all, so maybe It just has to do with the cost of bison meat.I love the space – the renovations done several years ago when it was the Ellice Cafe are really nice. Service is friendly, but quite slow.
Ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon and a side of chicken noodle soup. Soup was bland, literally had no chicken in it at all. They forgot to put bacon on the burger and it was poorly constructed, but the chicken itself was nicely moist. Server also didn’t provide a napkin and disappeared for a while, had to go hunting behind their bar counter for one. Server was polite and cordial though, and the restaurant itself inside is quite nice. Wouldn’t be that bad if the meal itself was 5$ (came out to around $12 for a meager portion of food), then these problems could be overlooked for a potential return visit. As it stands it really isn’t worth going to when there are much better options in the area. Quite unfortunate especially given the indigenous theme of the restaurant which is quite unique
Went for breakfast and had the ellice with Bison sausage and bannock omg it was the Best breakfast ever! Would come again and again. Service was slow, but overall it was a great experience.
