Ruined our morning. We came here at 9:30am today seeing their OPEN sign on and on their facebook page. They were supposed to be opened since 9am. We came in and the restaurant door is closed. An employee came and told us theyre not open because their chef isnt there yet. I asked when and she said she doesnt know. It would have been better if they left the OPEN light sign off. I really dont like to leave a bad review but I had to. Last time we came here it was very unorganized. There was a promo going on last summer that you receive a free iced tea for any meal or something. We expected that our iced tea will be free but it wasnt. And we double checked the promo from their facebook page to check that it is still valid. But no, theyre not offering it. So I dont know. This place is very unorganized. We came here multiple times before and it was always been like this. It bugged us but we tried to come again hoping that their service will get better. They gave us the wrong drink last time as well. We will not come again.
Ordered from Skip the Dishes – Our order was incomplete and the staff didn’t even bother to correct it. We ordered Halabos na Hipon sa Manga and Tusok-Tusok and Manongs Sauce . Both were missing when we received our order. Apparently, they’ve stopped serving Halabos na Hipon and didn’t even bother to inform Skip The dishes so they ended up charging us for it. They charged us 6 dollars for the Tusok-tusok and we only got the sauce! There were no seafood quenelles like what was described. The person that I spoke to on the phone was insistent that she included the seafood quenelles in the bags but they’re not there. I wasn’t going to argue for the amount of 6 dollars when we paid $130 for the whole order, it ‘s not worth it. The food was so-so, nothing special. It’s evident that the management doesn’t care about the customers, they’re so used to getting negative feedback that they’re not making any effort to correct any of their mistakes. Do yourself a favor, save your money ,try the other restaurants but SKIP this one!
