Pho Hoang is a a pretty decent sized restaurant. You walk in and immediately smell the delicious food they are preparing. Its been voted as some of the best Vietnamese food in the city. I had chow mein, it had great flavour. The fresh bubble tea was great along with my meal. I can see why its been rated Winnipegs best. Cant wait to return.
