A very positive experience. We ordered two different soups, each with its own tastes and flavors. Our server provided us various herbs and spices to add to their broth. We had the shrimp rolls, they too were very good. We will be back to try the rest of the menu.
Great service, good prices and delicious food. This is a fairly regular haunt for us. The service is always prompt and friendly. We have yet to try a dish we didn’t like, though the wonton soup and the pho are a couple of favourites. Pho Linh Linh’s salad rolls are probably the best we’ve had. Not only are they stuffed with fresh ingredients, but they are wrapped with care and not slapped together haphazardly like the salad rolls at so many other eateries. It’s details like this that show Pho Linh Linh is concerned with the satisfaction of its customers.
First time. Ill be back!!. Friendly staff and great service Food was excellent and large portions Leaves pho mama in the dust!! Good job Guys!!
Friendly staff, good food… There are a lot of varieties to choose from their menu, the food service was great and fast, the atmosphere is pleasant, and appropriate reasonable and decent prices. Ive got to try several of their enchanting menu, and they are #1 which is the PH C BIT (special rare beef, beef ball, beef brisket, tendon tripe, rice noodle soup), then their #30 CM SN, HT G (grilled pork chop, fried egg with rice) #39 BN B HU (spicy beef noodle soup) and their Special Menu which has vermicelli noodles with lemon grass chicken, minced pork and spring rolls over a bed of lettuce, beansprout and mints, topped with crushed peanuts and fish sauce to pour on the side. You wont miss to also have their # 24 GI CUN which is their Shrimp Pork Salad Rolls. I like the fact that they were very flexible with their menus, you can upsize and the servers would help me decide what I’d like to eat.The broth is salty enough for me so I just add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice, cilantro leaves, Thai basil leaves, bean sprouts, and a slice of pickled jalapeno peppers. The pho should have the smell of star anise, cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, black cardamom greeting your first bite. Once you swallow, you should have the warm taste of grill ginger and a hint of sweetness. Pho should taste salty, sweet, sour and hot all at the same time. This is one reason you should have some when it is so cold outside. It’s also great when you have a cold. We can eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late at night as a cure for hangover. I would not recommend eating it for four meals in a row because it is a really quick way to gain weight with all the noodles. Bring in your friends and family and you can sit at a table to enjoy Hot Pot as well! They bring out a portable stove to your table with a pot of delicious chicken broth, plates of fresh raw seafood, eye round steak, vegetables, and rice vermicelli. You then add whatever you like in the boiling pot and serve yourself. Isnt it awesome? But remember to make sure to call ahead and make a reservation ahead of time!I’ve eaten Pho at many restaurants and can say without reservation that this was by far the best. Three things made the difference: 1-the noodles were served warm; 2-the pork was beyond delectable; 3-everything looked beautiful including the carrot floating in the fish sauce. But here’s the kicker just before we ordered, the server brings us a complimentary pandan tea which is really good. The taste is hard to describe – I find it smooth, mellow and soothing. You just have to try it, and for sure you will want for more. Overall, i’m giving them 7 spoons here!
Tasty food. I recommend #43 so yummy
I always go here for the pho and their vermicelli specials. This Vietnamese cuisine is the best in Winnipeg! Rivals even the most authentic Vietnamese pho spots in Vietnam.I like the fact that they were very flexible with their menus and the servers would help me decide what I’d like to eat. Not many other restaurants aren’t too moving about changing their menu items. The prices are very reasonable, service is fast (usually within 5-10 minutes), and friendly, nice bright decor. If you’re looking for fast, warm, inexpensive, tasty Vietnamese food, definitely try this place. It’s the only Vietnamese place I go to now.
The food was wonderful! The service very good! Very convenient and accessible spot. Very good and friendly atmosphere. My favorite dish so far is this beef stew with carrots and noodles. Yum! I definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re feeling for someVietnamese food, or if you just want some good company and service !
