Halo halo was good. But the staff. It’s a busy place already and they were just laughing at the back and costumer was just waiting for them. No definite staff on the cashier. Should have better training on what their doing. Sorry just saying.
quality seems to have gone down every visit. their halo-halo is mostly ice, you can pretty much count the toppings. not worth it anymore. ice cream cooler seems to be messy needs more cleaning. the tables needs to be wiped down more frequently and over flowing garbage bins needs to be done. needs more workers to handle busy hot days.
