Some of the best food in Brandon or even the westman area. The best prime rib I’ve had anywhere was here. The flavorful dishes served up at Echo set the bar for most other restaurants in the westman area. Never a disappointment was had. Top shelf.

Went for a quick bite to eat with some colleagues – the food came in enormous portions and was served well. The waitress we had was one of the best I’ve met! Super friendly, outgoing, and welcomed us as if we were friends at her home. The prices were a little steep, but I enjoyed myself there.

Food and Service. The amount of food you receive is certainly not worth the price you PAY!!!!!Far to costly go to Albert’s :)Also the waitress are not dressed for Classy Service .Hair hanging down over your food. Dresses Way to Short and tops cut to deep. It is suppose to be called Echo !!!! as friends say it is Not HOOTERS !!!!!!!

Not a huge fan… Went there tonight for the first time. the hostess that sat us had NO personality what so ever and she was rude. we then waited about 10 minutes for our server to come see us. by then we had already decided what we were going to eat. she then proceeded to tell us about the daily features and went on and on for 5 mins about them but it was clear we already knew what we wanted. she seemed crazy. i asked her how the french onion soup and she said it was very popular. so i ordered it. when i got it it was so salty i couldnt even eat more than one bite. i told her i didnt like it because it was so salty. she took it away and didnt apologize. she didnt take the over priced soup off our bill. not happy!

Went there and had the all u can eat wings, I was very disappointed with the taste as they were horrible, not the sauce but the meat. For such a classy place it’s too bad they serve such low quality meat!

My wife and I have been to this establishment a few times now. The first couple of times we had the prime rib and it was great and our service was similar. The last meal we went with a friend and had butter chicken, pot roast and meat loaf. They were all sub par, overly salty and the drinks we ordered were watered down. The waitress was very snide when I asked for a discount on the butter chicken I ordered as I only had a few bites. However, she begrudgingly provided a 50% reduction. So all in all, very hit and miss.

Overpticed and pretentious,. Sight, not another one of these again? They must have offered me ground pepper 3 times for my dried out meatloaf. All the sauces were clearly out of a bag or bottle of some kind (you could tell by the consistency). the menu is way over priced. While they have an excellent selection of liquors sure to attract scantly clad 18 year olds, they do not have any of the local winnipeg micro brews that might indicate that someone had actually thought about the food pairings rather than just photocopying the menu from the Keg. The place is very clearly designed to capitalize on it’s location next door to the only nightclub in town by attracting club goers with faux upscale drink specials and over priced appetizers. It’s trying very hard to be taken seriously as an upscale place in a small-mid sized prairie town but all it seems to accomplish is bringing the atmosphere and forgetting about the food. I guess club goers don’t care but I do. For that price I want something that not only tastes good but something that has been made by a chef, not Sysco Food Systems. Too bad. it would be great if the music was turned down and the lights turned up. some of us want to hear the people we are eating with and see where we are walking..
