  I’ve never rated it or reviewed a restaurant before but I have to say gondola at least at this location has seriously gone downhill it’s not The same at all every pizza I’ve ordered from here over the last year is just as bad as a no-name low-quality frozen pizza when you ask for extra cheese it’s just a thin wax and the crust is awful so bad you can’t tell if you’re eating the cardboard from the pizza box it’s completely dried out and hard even when the pizza arrives hot they only offer homestyle or thin crust neither of which are the same as the other locations where they cut it into squares this location said they don’t do that so you know they’re not using the same quality of ingredients after tonight’s order im giving up on this location it’s not worthy of the world famous taste slogan thankfully there’s lots of other options in this town for an actual real good tasting pizza

  Disappointed Again. Though Gondola Pizza is usually my favourite, I am never ordering from this location again, it is the only location that seems to have a problem making the pizza i order. I placed an order as i usually do from other locations, a thin crust pizza with extra sauce. Very basic. When it arrived it was mostly cold, dry and crusty/crunchy. When i called to express my issue with the pizza, the man who answered the phone, like before when i received an equally as disappointing pizza from here, suggested i order extra cheese. He also suggested that I was first on the delivery route… i suppose the pizza did not have enough substance to keep warm. I just don’t understand why when I order from other locations, i get a warm cheesy, saucy and delicious pizza and when i order from here i get a dry piece of cardboard. I guess they stiff you a little on the ingredients here. The only thing i asked for was extra sauce and parts of the pizza seemed to contain none. I did not even request a replacement pizza because honestly, I don’t think it would be any better.

  Worst pizza dough was good…. Worst pizza dough was good everything else was very blan sauce was awful looked like it was made 3 years ago never ordering from here again
