Please try to serve fresh food! Bring just enough food to serve so they will always get replaced with new batch.
A sad excuse for food, they gave no thought or care to the food they served whatsoever. All of their food items tasted like something that came from the freezer and were just microwaved. Their hot sour soup tasted like vinegar. Their chicken wings were old and hard. And to add insult to injury, the overall price for that unsatisfying meal is $15. This is by far the worst place i’ve tried here in Winnipeg.
February 12 2017 Was there at Canton Food Gallery last night around 6:30 PM with my wife. WOOOW what a terrible meal we had. The chicken balls were over cooked and a hard chunk of chicken inside. The fried rice, was not fried. all it had was a little bit of soy sauce in it. All the food was either over cooked or was sitting out to long. We called the manager over and showed him the food. He said nothing and just walked away from us.When we went up and paid he was there, again said nothing did not even look at us. Just handed us the amount we had to pay, took the money and walked away again. NOT EVEN OFFERING A THANK YOU. Needless to say we will tell our friends, family and will NOT return again.
They do not do delivery, I have called on several occasions and always get one of two excuses, 1) big party, can’t do delivery or 2) no driver. It’s false advertising!
It’s poor service. We cater august 16 2015 The owner/manager was so rude. They say they want to go close the store but it’s still 8. The agreement was 11. The food they serve is over cooked like it was sitting there for a long time. Not going back anymore Oh and the desert? Ice cream? They did not change it to new ones ugh #disappointed
Terrible customer service. This place claims to offer delivery, first time I called for delivery was a Wednesday Nov. 12/14 was told no delivery because they had no driver. We tried again last night, Saturday the 14th, after having my call passed to 4 different people, I was told no delivery that night due to the kitchen being so busy. On Monday I plan on calling the standards board and having them pull this place’s claim of being a delivery service.

Ok, Lets get something straight!if u read my reviews, I almost always give a generous rating.GALLERY OF WHAT? Disastrous Foods? Grossest food in all my travels!So, this is truly the worst eating establishment I have ever had the displeasure of ever eating in / visiting.Yes, the dcor is improved, clean but the booming noise of on screen fighter movies was appalling.Besides that nothing was labeled properly, so heaven help anyone with food allergies.. That alone is serious.. everything mislabeled..everything was stale, absolutely flavorless, beyond expiry times / dried out, either lukewarm or room temp and certainly Gawd awful.The only half decent item was the consomm soup.. Luke warm at best… The lackluster desserts….The shortbread cookie was kind of ok.Everything else was substandard and Beyond GROSS!Nothing ever replenished during our 90 minute visit.I had eaten here a few times in years past and heard it improved.It used tt be somewhat acceptable, adequate…NOW? Much Worse than ever!Ok, now Some more highlights, Dried out rice, Styrofoam would have been more moist and tastier, flavourless dried out noodles, limo, soggy eggrolls, inedible dried out breaded pork, soggy so many other items, some of the Canadian fare…the onion rings and fries , well, there must be a dentist in the family cause one could break a tooth or two on how dried out they were. and all cold! Having had pets in the past, I assure you that no self respecting dog I have ever known would eat the scraps from here! No Jokes.I can not understand why anyone would ever want to eat here? OMG! I wanted to say something but it seemed no one cared to ask if we were content so I figured they already knew the reply and avoided itWorst ever including any part of the world I have been to! Extreme Changes must be made to survive!
