Was walking around Corydon and couldn’t decide on a place to eat. We flipped a coin and Asian Hot Pot it was. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a very friendly young lady. It was an all you can eat option at $25.95 for adults plus $2-$5 for your broth. We ordered quite a few different options of ingredients from the menu. They also have a sauce bar that you can dip your cooked food in. I opted to eat everything as a soup and added the sauces into my broth. I had never been to a restaurant like this before but really enjoyed the experience. It was really neat to cook your own food and have the option to adjust the flavour that you want. Very friendly service and delicious food!
This place is amazing! They have so many different ingredients to choose from, and also a separate bag of sauces and extra toppings. The service was excellent, always coming around with more broth and very friendly. Highly recommended.
Great food and great service. We came in on one of their open hours and their sign was not lit up so I called them to ask if they were open, they told me that they were deciding to close but would be glad to accept us. Despite the fact that they were ready to close they still served us and welcomed us which I appreciated. The food was great I loved the spicy crab broth and the mushrooms were the bomb. However, prices are a bit expensive if you aren’t a big eater but if you are well it’s your lucky day.
People are very friendly the service is really fast and the taste of you food is limit less. They have a sauce bar for you to mix and create your own taste and craving. They are also very generous with the amount of food you put in your order, so make sure be mindful of what you order wasting is never been a thing in any asian restaurant.
I dont think i ever seen a place where they give you your own hotpot. Usually there’s only one hotpot and everyone shares it. I really enjoyed the soup base i got (spicy crab) although it is really spicy, i like it. The service was great. I dont think they have fresh things except for the vegetables, the seafood and meat are frozen products. Also, if you go in a big group, it might be a little squishy. There isnt that much room (we came in a group of 7) for all the plates.
Ignore the negative comments. Was here for father’s day it was perfect. Service is great, very attentive, my boyfriend is celiac and it was nice to be able to ask a server who knew what gluten free really is (alot of places do not know that wheat can be found in most brown sauce ie. Soy sauce, hoison, etc.) It’s not just bread/flour. Yes pot is small but it is individual and refillable. I like having my own pot. Also this way you can share 4 different broths between friends and family. Most of the items on the menu are gluten free 🙂 im a foodie and a cook. You can trust this review.
My reviews are never really long so heads up.It’s a nice setup inside for what you will be doing. Each person gets a pot for their brother order and then orders items to cook in their individual brothers. Off to the side are more condiments to use on the cooked food. Whats provided for food is a wide range of items that I imagine it would be hard to not find something to like. The only complaint I had is the range of heat cant be altered so you rely on the waitresses to top off the broth when it really starts boiling. (Not sure if this is normal for hot pot?) It was unfortunate because sometimes when they were busy they weren’t able to come around quick enough to stop the boiling. Others with our group had the same complaint.
