The Food was pathetic!Worst soggy nachos ,poutine was cold,ridiculous quesadilla .Zero customer service, when we did complaint to the Manager about the food he simply did not care. Instead of Apologizing and accepting the mistake he started arguing with us. we had a worst experience at this place.I do not know the manager’s name but he was Indian. He charged us for the food which was awful in taste,Thus we did not even eat that. I want the owner to take action. this kind of manager should be sweeping the floors instead. visit date-11 March 2017Time- 9Pm
Don’t eat here! Came once, ordered the chicken caesar wrap and it took like 45 minutes. Once I got it, it was great. I was playing vlts and didn’t care so much about the time and the waitress was nice. Came back again and ordered the same thing. I got a wrap with one chicken finger cut up with some shredded lettuce and a drizzle of caesar dressing. When I expressed my dissatisfaction about the wrap when I was paying, because the female bartender didn’t seem to care when I told her when I got it he said I must be lying. I said that last time I got it it was mixed with bacon and parm, dressing, lettuce and chicken and wrapped and cut in half like any other wrap. He informed me that that waitress had been fired when I told him who served me and said that cheese is always extra. Where in Canada do restaurants charge extra for parmesan cheese on a caesar salad??
Awesome chicken wings, fries and gravy, and my personal favorite bacon and cheese toast. Always lunch specials going on that are great inbetween shooting a game of pool. Open 10am-4am or 5am on weekends, friendly staff are plesant and accomidating.
Stick with the billiards only. Ok, so if you get a drink, just get somethign easy.. like rum and coke haha had a ceaser.. well meh… We ordered nachos, and though large, not enough cheese or fixings, i like when there is even salasa or something, was just plain old shredded cheese, which was bairly there, and some onions and olives… it was dry and boring…just stick with pop and pool.Miss.Pink
