The Show and Save book has a BOGO coupon for this little creperie and as the prices are a little higher (chalk that up to prime location) it was the main reason I went to try it.I had the pizza crepe and my dining partner had a slight variation of one as they seemed to be out of certain ingredients and we got a little twist on the original. The crepes were too soft for my liking. They would have been lovely had I been eating with a fork and knife but they weren’t able to stand on their own to be used without cutlery. Much of my sauce ruptured the delicate crepe and it made it very messy. Though the other was tasty it, too, was messy. The little decorations on the top are a nice touch for a cute presentation.Staff had a small language barrier when we went but they were very pleasant either way.I honestly am not planning to return but don’t let that stop you! Perhaps I am picky with my crepe’s structural integrity. Flavour was good, price was meh, overall about a 5.5-6.5/10.
Definitely not my go-to place for crepes. Once you go to Kawaii, you can never go back I guess. The sweet crepes are not too bad but the savory ones aren’t very good at all. The portions are small, not very filling and they just use deli meat inside of them. Not worth the money unfortunately.
If you’re at The Forks and craving for some crepes? No need to go farther, Caramel Crpe is here to serve you. I had the strawberry banana Nutella crepe. Not a fan of crepes but this one made me want to come back and get more (watching the calories though so I didn’t at that time). The preparation of the crepe was a show on its own. The right combination of fruit and chocolate hit the spot for me. I’ll definitely go for crepes here again.
First time was okay, second time it tasted okay. Not excitingly great, but okay. It makes a nice light snack, but a little pricy for something not so filling. Presentation and process was kind of nice but consuming it was a different story. I’ve expected a little more for my buck. Tip: If you’re going to this place, make sure you get a bogo coupon l. At least you’d save some money and if you’re bringing a friend, you can split the bill.
The crepe wrapping itself is good but the meats are deli meats and not very good.
Delicious. I had the Lydia crepe, which contains nutella and strawberries. The guy who made my crepe did an excellent job and there was a lot of strawberries! The fruit they add is fresh and what they do to make the crepes is a real art! The crepes are huge and filling! Soooooo good!
Mediocre Experience. We ordered the Lydia Crepe and the Herb Crepe. The crepes themselves were nice and soft, we could say it was the best part of our order. The Lydia crepe was not really worth the price as there was only a small amount of filling. There was ALOT of nutella and not enough strawberries. A bit expensive for the portion size. The Herb crepe was alright but a bit too much spinach, otherwise it was ok, preferred a bit more cheese as we didn’t get a taste of the cheese. Could also use a bit more flavour for the Herb crepe. Didn’t really taste any ‘herb’, just spinach, tomato, and chicken with a bit of ranch. Portion size of the Herb crepe was bigger than the Lydia.
