Nice selection of sandwiches and more for a food court restaurant. We tried the banh mi and ancho chicken sandwiches and really enjoyed them. The consistent comment was that they had a good amount of sauce and accompanying flavour… some sandwich places can really make their sandwiches dry. Not Chachis. Nothing really stood out about this place for me but the food was as good and inline with what we had hoped for and expected. Worth a try.

Pretty delicious. Love that they use local ingredients and offer a new place to visit at the malls. Definitely a different atmosphere than your typical sandwich joint. My personal favourite is the clubbin. Dont forget to grab the Mac and cheese as well!
I came at noon on a Wednesday and although there were about 5-6 people in line ahead of me, they pushed everyone through quite quickly. I came to Chachi’s hungry and stared at the menu for a good 5 minutes before I could decide is a good sign to me. I wanted to try just about everything on their menu! I ended up sticking to the humble Turkey sandwich which is highlighted by their fig chutney and has a kick with the spicy mayo. Very tasty sandwich however I do find a pile of shredded iceberg lettuce dumbs down any sandwich and also makes it incredibly hard to eat. When I was done it looked like an iceberg massacre. I also ordered a bag of their Salt Chips (which were mostly broken so I got a bag of crumbs) and a Chachi’s Palmer (1/2 cherry iced tea and 1/2 Georgian peach lemonade for $3.50….and much too sweet to drink, I had to find a water fountain to water it down a bit). A sandwich, drink and chips put me a little north of $17. Which I feel is a bit extreme but with a few adjustments, I’d be willing to pay it again.Overall, not a terrible experience and I will likely come back to try other menu items in hopes changes have been made by then! (Their Mac and cheese looked divine!!….next time!)
The hubs and I visited the new outlet collection today and Chachi’s was one of the places we wanted to try out. We got the hot philly sandwich, which came to about $13-$14 with tax. The sandwich consisted of rib steak, provolone, garlic aioli, spicy mayo, bell peppers, red onion, and jalapeo. We both thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich, however, we thought the price was a bit expensive considering the size of the sandwich. Despite its price, we both loved it and will be coming back again to enjoy their sandwiches. I also would like to return to try their vanilla bourbon lemonade and cherry ice tea – both of which sounds great.
